ISOS courses are tailored to the interdisciplinary PhD community, and several are developed on request of PhD candidates. The courses are continually updated and new events being planned so please look in periodically. If you cannot find what you need or have an idea for an event or course, contact us directly, we develop many of our offers “on demand”.

Registered ISOS PhDs have priority in our courses.

Specific Courses give in-depth expertise from a spectrum of marine disciplines.

Transferable Skills: We concentrate on more than the traditional “soft-skills” and offer courses such as Communication, Grant Writing, University Didactics, etc,.
These are instrumental in identifying and pursuing career goals, for which academic expertise alone is not sufficient.
